We lived here for a year. Place had problems when we moved in, all documented, and when we moved out the apartment was throughly cleaned, nothing was damaged and we left the apartment in the condition it was given to us in. Which wasn't a great condition. Now they refuse to give us our security deposit back saying they needed to clean it professionally, repair damages that never happened, and basically gave us every excuse on why they couldn't give us any of our security deposit back. So if you rent here just expect to never see your security deposit back. Also if you are viewing these apartments look up at the huge amount of moss on the roof and just know they are just in it for the money and don't take care of the buildings other then bare minimum snow removal and such.
