    Lou and Upcycle Real Estate far exceeded any expectations I had about selling my home. Lou sends you a folder with lots of good information and is so good at keeping in touch. He sold our house in less than a week and for above asking price. But that wasn’t the best thing about Lou- the best thing was all the extra time he put in to help us with our house- we live out of state and had tenants when we started our listing and he helped us navigate everything and set up all the local appointments since we weren’t able to. I can’t say enough good things about Lou!
