    Allstar realty is run by a bunch of thieves. Anyone planning on renting an apartment through these guys better beware. They are 100% the absolute worst property management company I've ever dealt with. When your a tenant they treat you like crap and once you move out they lie and say you did all this damage you didn't do. Lou over there deserves a special shout out.. he's a liar and a con artist and some day I truly hope it bites him in the butt he deserves it and more. The company steals your deposit money and never bothers to call and discuss it with you. While you live there good luck getting any maintenance done in a timely fashion. First they argue and try to blame you for the maintenance issue then they threaten and tell you if someone is sent to fix the problem and they think its your fault you will have to pay for the maintenance. Like I said earlier they are thieves and liars.

    We lived here for a year. Place had problems when we moved in, all documented, and when we moved out the apartment was throughly cleaned, nothing was damaged and we left the apartment in the condition it was given to us in. Which wasn't a great condition. Now they refuse to give us our security deposit back saying they needed to clean it professionally, repair damages that never happened, and basically gave us every excuse on why they couldn't give us any of our security deposit back. So if you rent here just expect to never see your security deposit back. Also if you are viewing these apartments look up at the huge amount of moss on the roof and just know they are just in it for the money and don't take care of the buildings other then bare minimum snow removal and such.
